What is Manual Handling Training?

Manual handling is a common activity in the workplace and can lead to musculoskeletal disorders when performed with incorrect techniques. This course teaches participants safe manual handling techniques, risk recognition and ergonomic working methods. The training provides theoretical knowledge, supported by practical exercises and case studies, enabling participants to effectively apply safe handling methods.

Who Can Participate?

This training is suitable for all personnel involved in manual handling activities. Especially recommended for warehouse workers, production staff and logistics support teams.

  • Recognize dangerous and unsafe situations
  • Differences and organization of working at height techniques

  • Scaffolds and working on scaffolds
  • Railings
  • Roofs and working on roofs
  • Facade elevators
  • Mobile elevating platforms (menlift and spiders) and lifting equipment
  • Stairs
  • Climbing with a lanyard (extension rope)
  • Access and return to narrow and confined spaces
  • Safety signs
  • Determination and preparation of anchors (safety points)
