What is Disaster and Emergency Management Training?

Disasters and emergencies require not only response but also a strong management approach. This training introduces the managerial processes covering all phases of disasters. Participants will have the knowledge and skills to professionally manage all processes from pre-incident preparation to incident response and post-incident recovery.

Who Can Participate?

It is recommended for managers, crisis coordinators, public institution employees, municipalities and NGO representatives.

  • Rope maneuvers
  • Rope access methods
  • Use of a work seat
  • Climb with fall arrest lanyard
  • Rescue and transportation
  • Sling trauma
  • Techniques for rescue from downloading device and booster rope
  • Rescue techniques
  • Reel systems

Evaluation

Theoretical / Practice Exam

Certificate

The Certificate of Achievement must be renewed before the end of 3 years.
